I think getting out in the countryside in the fresh air, whether it be enjoying some peace and quite or a physical activity is nigh on crucial for us.
It’s only very recent in the human time line where we now stick ourselves inside our insulted houses in front of a screen for hours per day. We are not really designed to do this and it’s not good for our mental or physical health to do it continuously.
Don’t underestimate the uplifting effect a little bit of sunshine has, particularly this time of year. If you manage to get a few rays it will give you an instant mood boost.
Looking forward to spring.
