As title says anyone use this setup ? and what temp have you used it in with what sleeping bag ?
I currently use either a unsponsored down UQ or ridgerest with my Carinthia defence 4 with my WBBB Hammock
but was wanting to try the jungle bag i have , as a full length option.
Thoughts suggestions.

I have used one of these bags in the warmest summer nights... they're ok but provide so little insulation that I wonder how much use one would be as an underquilt. They do wick moisture away nicely though.

Seems like a bit of a waste to me. If size when packed down is an issue fair enough though. I have an old feeble Regatta sleeping bag I am considering trying as an under quilt though it packs quite small and light and they are dirt cheap to buy.

I keep wondering about trying a £5.99 Argos sleeping bag as an UQ
Just to see. I know pack size would be huge but it might be interesting to see what happens
