brass match case mk1 I made in work last week, I tested it's waterproofness by leaving it in a bucket of water overnight.

Mk 2 will have a lanyard attachment and a larger knurl to make striking easier. the top is bored out to take a button compass at some time.

Very nice job there maybe two O rings stretched over the body to improve wet weather grip and glue a disk of fine sand paper to the base as a striker?

might i suggest that you rough up the outside some how to creat a surface on which you can strike the matches, other than that it looks really good mate.. well done!
