Popped into Endicotts at the weekend for a mooch and picked up one of these :

The main pan has a bail handle, but is a bit tippy. I'm sure I read somewhere on here about a modification to stop it tipping, but having spent the last 40 minutes trying various search options, I'm blowed if I can find the thread
