Forgive me, been on here for a year or so and never introduced myself.
I'm from Lancashire and manage a golf course for a living. Love anything outdoors. We get out in the Lake District most weekends, walking, climbing, canoeing and camping.
Was introduced to bushcraft at an early age as my Dad is a Scouter and got me involved, loved the backwoods cooking and bivi building as a Cub and Scout. It's great to carry it on all these years later, been helping Dad today at Scout camp doing shelter building with Cubs.
We have use of a wood behind the golf course so spend many days and evenings practicing and enjoying this great lifestyle with my mate. We also like to spend time wandering around a well known bushcraft shop just outside Garstang much to the annoyance of my wife.
