did you see the vid! i doubt ww2 stuff had that level of precision! its a slab of kickass with a polish of menace... money no object
indeed it is, but not 25 times better IMHO, and my kukri does all i ask of it.
the cold steel kit is excellent, but some of their stuff is extortionately priced.

couldn't agree more. they have this idea that collectors will spend £500 on a blade even though its mass produced!

anything coldsteel up to £120 is the mark for value...

i spent £35 on my bushman blade and its semi indestructable, forged carbon steel......

imo the san mai is to hard
a chopper should not be harder than 59 rhc to make sure it doesn't chip
i would go for the cheaper carbon cold steel gurkha kukri
better and cheaper
