Still getting out and about, teaching the boy the ways of the woods now rather than just going out for my own amusement.
Archery has taken over the vast amount of my spare time, sat here now looking at the latest abomination that I've glued up, a bamboo backed hazel semi longbow. Sounds great and all but the bamboo has been poached off the deck screening, the glue is two years old and it defiantly froze solid in the garage this winter and the hazel stave has tried to blow up twice now, saved only by a linen backing which I sanded off earlier. Classy stuff I'm sure you'll agree...
