I don't get it.

I assumed it was going to be someone having photoshopped different people for his 'crew'. I thought on the small pic that the chap on the right was gonna be Harrison Ford.

Haha, it's just a p***take... of course he has to eat like anybody else!! If you ever watch his shows, he normally has to go to such lengths as eating raw frog, or bugs to survive!!

I think when I was sent that pic BG was in the media... for apparently staying in hotels while filming episodes; where he was suppose to be surviving in the wild and living off what nature provides... clearly not in the pic as he appears to be eating a takeaway and drinking from bottles of water, during an apparent filming of one of his episodes!

Obviously not so funny now, ha!

On canoe trips I often have a meal like that for the first night. I go to my local Indian takeaway the day before, order a couple of curries for us, put them in some Tupperware and just reheat them over the fire.
I reckon Bear's got the right idea there. Nothing wrong with enjoying yourself.

I'm sure he found the plastic bottles washed up, He must have made the wicker table, and the food, he must have foraged and hunted for it i'm sure!
