right, time for this thread to be reborn i think lol..........

managed to make some demascus, only very simple patern but it can be seen, and it is holding together and it has also etched ok, i used a strong coffee mix for the etch......

i have also managed to get hold of an anvil, well an H beam cut off,it just needs sorting out before i can use it.......

i will post some pics when the handle is done and the anvil is on its way.........

i would just like to say a massive thank you to Dave Budd who with out his help i could not have made the Damascus.......THANKS DAVE YOU ROCK.....
