Don't know about this Sturm items potential quality however i have one of the M84 Begadi smocks on the same site at £75 odd and can vouch for this items usefullness as a general load carrying top layer outside of heavy prolonged rainfall. The cam pattern being ideal for deciduous woodland and the smock is well provisioned with very usefully sized pockets.

Ditto on the Begadi, a very sensible jacket for the price.
This is my review for anyone who's interested, http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=63604&highlight=begadi.
Mil-Tec is aimed at the cheaper end of non-issue military kit market in Germany, they have a derogatory nickname for the stuff
along the lines of "Crap-Tex" used for Web-Tex.
But for £30 I reckon you could do worse.
Happy trails...torc.
