Bacon Butty

Had one of the best Bacon Butties I have had in a long while recently, cooked in my cast iron skillet with a flipped egg ( know some prefer runny), a lovely buttered soft roll and brown sauce. Perfect.

Hard/burst yolk is the worst egg (though still good) . Egg yolk is the best sauce you can put on anything!
