Hi all,

I'm in the market for a new backpack and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I have a N.I patrol pack but I've found it to be a bit bulky and bigger than I need sometimes. Ideally I am looking for something around the 20L mark and my maximum budget is £50. I've found a couple of bags I like the look of and was wondering if anyone here has tried one out.

Thank you in advance!

Under 25L is largely the domain of sports bags & day-packs, massively popular with many from school kids to ramblers so there's a wide range to choose from and a rummage through the Argos website could be worthwhile. Something like the Regatta Blackfell for instance ticks all the right boxes.

Another recommendation for the Alpkit Gourdon. Using a 30l here for about half a year now ... happy with it. Light and sturdy (so far).

Another option if your willing to stretch your budget is the berghaus centrino. Basically an updated munro design with mollie and zips for side pouches. The shoulder straps and wider apart and more padded too which makes a nice difference. can be found new from berghaus for about £65.00
