What a good idea. Last time we went camping a mate's little girl went mad for my sons pocket knife. Her mum said she couldn't have one yet because she was too young. We are all due to go camping again soon so I think I will take a couple of these along. Thanks for the heads up!

Mine popped out month early (27th of may) If i had known these existed I may have got her one...instead of slashing my self to ribbons on tool steel (trying desperatley to fashion an heirloom of some description).
Nice find and I really am glad you are soppy enough to put this thread up here cause so far EVERYTHING people have said to me about parent hood is true, the Bad and luckily the GOOD!

oh, no ones pregnant ( at least I bloody hope not!!!!) as am only 18! However i've made a mental not of the gift, like to be prepared and will plan the forthcoming argument of giving a one year old a knife immediately!

oh and congrats :)
