With respect to what? Heat? Humidity? Heavy-handedness? Not quite sure what you're getting at.
As a general rule, any selfbow should always be stored in a cool, dry climate, unstrung and horizontal. Other than that, use it and enjoy...

i remember hearing somewhere that you shouldnt leave them strung, or under tension and that you should store them lying down not standing up. not really sure why though
