I have used them several times. Once they sent me insulated gortex trousers when I ordered uninsulated. They exchanged them and refunded postage with no problems. I would be happy to use them again. They have an ebay shop too.

They're fleece lined, not fur but seem to be brilliant... unissued, extremely sturdy build and all for £15! Bargain for the winter!
