Anyone have experience with Samsung Rugby LTE phone?

Cracked the screen on my smartphone yesterday. I've been thinking of getting a new phone, possibly a milspec or rugged phone, and this is my opportunity. Anyone have any experience with this one?

I'm not sure if that handset is even available here in the UK. Ive never heard of it personally.
