Eat well and keep fit!
Aches and pains are normal . Just take some code liver oil and get on with life.! Don't worry about it.
As a woman in her sixties and having gone through the change of life with out any hrt patches or any other sort of drugs I'd say you are worrying unessasarly dear boy! :)
I have had some mad moments when hot flushes attacked me in social situations. Believe me, you have nothing whatsoever to worry about!!!!
Just get on with living and don't be a worried well patient. The docs have enough on their plate atm.
At your age I was a mum to a six yr old and looking forward to life , it wasn't even crossing my mind!

Trust me, at MY age I tend to do my research ( many hours ) before I entertain or contemplate such a thing. I tend to not act on a whim but on a series of researched evidence and cross experiences and first hand accounts from other people where i can get it.

Again , similar to the Nootropics post - I get it if some people just are happy to gracefully accept the natural march of time upon their body and mind without wishing to explore methodology to combat & slow this.

I am not one of those people.

So there is no need to try and talk me out of an intent or thought process.

To borrow from one of my favourite poets.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rage at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

You can do too much research and make yourself worry about nothing.
I'm not trying tell you that women get it worse (though they do :) ) but I believe in growing old gracefully and that does not mean not trying to keep going and be as fit as possible or not look after yourself. Or worry yourself about it. You could get run over and killed tomorrow and then what was it all about?
But just that you don't have to worry about that sort of thing for a long time yet.
Like I said if you keep fit and active and eat properly you should be fine for another 30 or 40 years yet..... covid permitting!
Once the mind starts dwelling on this sort of thing... it's all downhill! :)
Nature knows best! But you can help it along with a good diet and moderate fitness.
Even superfit athletes can drop dead in the middle of a marathon or football match. Just accept gracefully the life you have. Cherish every moment doing what you can to make life good for others and you'll live for ever.
