The Rainy Side of the Lakes.
I've recently joined a field archery club in Cheshire where I'm currently working, and I've been shooting indoors with them in the evening for the last few weeks. Because I go home to West Cumbria for the weekend, I don't get to shoot in their woods with them, so if any field archers in West Cumbria could give me a heads up about somewhere to shoot while I'm at home I'd appreciate it.

Cheers, Michael.

Hi, then you should have a look at the nfas website and go onto the club page, it will bring up a list and map of all the nfas clubs, hopefully you will find one close to home to use.

I've already done that Cromm, and the closest is in Penrith, almost 40 miles away. I'm testing the water to see if anyone has an informal place to shoot, or could point me towards somewhere.
I was out walking last winter, and I found a field archery course near Wythop Mill, but I can't find out any information about it.

Cheers, Michael.
