Antiques shop find

Was mooching around an antiques shop this morning. I came across this little beauty. Won't be paying £35 quid for it though!

great little stoves, simple no frills and do the job. I picked mine up at a car boot for about £4 I think, here's a pic in use (pic 30)

Wow, that brought back memories, me and my family on fishing trips with mum cooking lunch back in the sixties. Mum would do mashed potatoes, peas and fried egg, what a meal combo. Good find, simple but brilliant cookers.

Grief! We had one of those! It came from Woolworths, the Marylebone High Street branch I think if memory serves. I'd forgotten about it until now

I’ve seen them on eBay in the past. I don’t ever remember seeing one for that sort of price ! I’ve often thought about bidding on one.

I have one very similar...found in my late fathers garage unused, when clearing out. Works well...……...
