Gave the sas bivi a go last night. Apart from being a sod to get into with the medium sleeping bag I was snug as. Zero condensation. It was under a tarp but wind swung round and some rain and sleet came in but no issues. I was up early because some thing was sliding around on the tarp and I couldn’t figure what it was. Turned out to be snow so will get my angles right next time.

Nice.

Is that cord going from the middle hoop of the bivi to the tarp really required? Doesn't it stand up by itself?

I guess not as there is a loop there but just seems to my mind a redundant feature.

Nice work - good for posting - Top job!
