Hi guys.
I have been pointed into this general direction through the BritishBlades forum......I see a lot of familier names
I have done a small bit of camping, hiking in the usual places in the UK and a few years ago I hiked (camping wild) a hundred miles or so in the Appalachian mountains (great fun but hard on the old knees!). Had to travel very light and re supplied every few days. Maybe if I knew some bushcraft I could travel even lighter
I hope to return next year and hike (back pack) some more.
I have a wardobe full of hiking kit that I have built up over the last 10 years or so........my favourite clothing being Buffalo if I can keep dry!!!
I am looking forward to hanging out here...time to go and check out the archives......
Thanks for letting me join in.
Kevin (aka Coutel).
