There is a strange coincidence about your post SCOMAN ...:D

A short time ago I was reading about the invasions of Genghis Khan throughout central Europe and into India. A staple food of his hordes apart from looted food and hunted animals was of course Horse Meat. The meat would be dried into a kind of Biltong or jerky or...and they beat Gossamagear by a few Centuries here..cut into thin strips and placed under their horse's saddles. At the end of a long hot day the meat would be tenderised, warm, partially cooked and ready to eat.
Few ideas are new in the world.....they just get reinvented..

37 C is the perfect temperature for many bacteria, so unless your ingredients are perfectly clean and sterile, it can end up badly.

I hope that item is a joke. Is it?
