It is exactly what it says on it's description. Mine arrived this morning, I ordered it yesterday. Remember that is £25 inclusive of VAT and delivery, personally I think it's one of the best deals on the net.

Infact I have a number of their items in my possession and all are very well made, quality items and their service on each occasion has been superb (even when my browser crashed part of the way through a transaction).
