It's something I'd have never thought of but in an emergency it makes total sense

Seen something similar and the guy goes further and makma a kayak out of linel add then wraps the shell, I'll see if I can find it on the pc.

In this he also has a wrap shelter, more domed. Still interesting idea, I'd imagine it'd be nice on a clear starry night - I've often thought of a clear tarp [I camp well away from people so won't scare anyone when getting changed!], can't find one though...

I made a similar shelter a few years back. Trying to find the photos.

Worked really well. I was worried about the durability but it lasted in my woods for about 6 months.

The stove making video was rather inspirational.
