that look slike a great overnighter...how did you get on with your axe? i have just bought the exact same on but not had chance to use it in anger yet :O( you reckon it could be used to hew out kuksa's etc too?? thanks for sharing...

I have already used it for making spoon blanks and in general its a good axe.
my only complaint if any is that it hasnt quite the splitting power of a SFA but then it hasnt the size either.

Raikey i went straight from the night in this thread to a weekend with the scouts so got a good outdoors fix. although i slept in a tent for the first time in year and half of monthly camps and it was blooming horrid. so very confined and claustrophobic, never again.
