A few bits n bobs

I need to have a bit of a clear out so would be willing to swap the bits below that I dont really use for other outdoorsy bits.

Im not really after anything in particular so open for offers. I would like a leather sheath for my Mora though if anyone has one spare...!

Mountain Hardwear Mountain Wing 1 man backpacking tent (good condition but needs pegs)
Petzl Tikka headtorch (good condition)
Gerber folding lock knife with gut hook (almost new)
DPM goretex overtrousers (fair condition, ankles need new elastic) with olive green goretex mitts for going over gloves (new)

What value the tent and specs'?

You can buy the tent now for about £150 quid or so but many shops over here have stopped selling it so may have to get from the US.
