Not the best of photos but I have only seen these this year around here for the first time - Male Orange tip I believe

The distictive "Comma" - the scalloped edged wings make this one distictive

A lovely day - hope you got to enjoy it

Great Photos there Red. Did you get the squirrel I sent yet?

I saw orange tips and peacocks on a walk today, but it was running by a horde of chavvy quad bikers and coming across an abandoned tent, bbq grill beer cans and all the rest of the chav paraphinalia that they see fit to destroy beauty spots with.

Hi ,

Haven't had a chance to pick up my post yet - I'll get it on Monday with luck - working away is a killer!

Nice shots,

This one is Brimstone the pointy bit on the wing is distinctive and it's the most common yellow butterfly, clouded yellow if I remember rightly are summer migrants so not around at the mo. The male clouded yellow is very distinctive deep yellow with black tips.
