A bit of luck

Well I checked my email to find some stranger had sent me a message via FB. I didnt bother to open the message but went straight to the site where to great astonishment it was from Nick from over at DD hammocks letting me know I had won the monthly givaway comp on the DD facebook page.

I couldnt believe it, me win something ( jaw drop)

Anyways 2 days later and my prize came in the post. So it was straight to the trees edging the field by the house. It was so hot I didnt bother with a tarp and promptly fell asleep inside after taking the pics as it was so comfy.

Anyways it just goes to show that you can win something sometimes. Very good of them to give people the chance to win one of there products.

Well to be honest Rich the comps were the only reason I joined facebook, I only speak to a few people on there and they are all members from here. Also its handy to arrange meet ups etc.

Yeah join up southey you just have to check on it every month and make sure to add a comment if it is needed for the comp.

mesquite, yeah you just have to go throgh that few minutes of " What me?? no must I must have read that wrong" first.

Anyways if any of you join I wish you the best of luck

Its breathable so not really usefull as a bivi unless you had something else to go under it.
