Don't know if any of you saw this? After finding the very cool flint knife that still had it's wooden handle earlier this year they've now found a hafted axe too sticking vertically in the mud. LINK.

Apart from where it's sheared/rotted off it looks so fresh and clean. They're getting such beautiful stuff from there, did you see the fingerprint on the funnel beaker left by the potter? Put me in mind of a horror/creepy tale I read years back about a fingerprint in a Roman piece of pottery that had a scar across the thumb. All a bit fuzzy now but the person ended up going through time and making the pot, but only after cutting his finger.

Amazing how well preserved they are, look like they've only just been made.

Seriously though that dagger looks like it could just have been made, it's in excellent condition.
