New shiny arrived a little while ago

Himself doesn't quite believe that I won it, but it's here now, and it's a beauty

I've got a new computer, an Apple mini and nothing works the same as windows, and I'm still struggling to find things. I haven't a clue how to do photos and so on with it yet, but as soon as I can I'll get some up

Stew it's perfect It fits my hand properly, it's just brilliant.
A real pick me up on a kind of downer of a week.

Mary, I forgot to put a note in - I didn't oil it up as I wasn't sure if it would fit your hand. The design is one where it could need tweaking to suit so thought you may need to shape a bit yourself before oiling it up.

I like that simplicity Stew My knives get used, and cared for, but I'm not pristine precious with them. Tell me how best to deal with it and I'll follow instructions

I usually just strop on a stropping board with fine compound, and buff it up with a lightly oiled soft rag. Will that do ?
