1st and 2nd post swapping

Has anyone else noticed, or is it just me, that when you open a thread the 1st and 2nd post have switched place?
You seem to get the thread topic 1st reply, then the topic & then the 2nd reply. I am in last post first linear mode (The 1st post should be at the bottom of the page)

I noticed something similar last night when I made a post, that eventually ended up in the middle of the discussion ... I reckon it's due to the forum time settings. It ran about 8 hours ahead of UK time. At the moment forumtime is sorted - read: put back 8 hours. Hence posts get mixed up
