Last night, I cooked potatoes with rosemary sprigs in my oval cast iron pan. Today, I browned some coarsely chopped onions and whole mushrooms in butter with the same sprigs and some fenugreek and caraway, then took them out and browned a 1kg piece of back pork in the pan before putting the onions and mushrooms back in. Another hour and a half, and it will be done.
