In an effort to make it easier for BcUK members to see when and where Meets are in the Midlands we are combining the North Wood and the Rough Close future Meets dates threads - It is hoped that we will also incorporate the Spitewinter Meets into this thread.



As we move along I'll edit a link to the relevant Meets thread into the corresponding Meet in this list.

Possible or intended Meet dates in 2011 are just that - possible. Neither Rough Close nor Spite Winter have sorted their 2011 calendars, so we haven't been able to book them ... yet. EDIT: The January, March and May Meets for Rough Close have now been booked .

This isn't a Meet thread or a Meet list - it's a heads-up to give those who struggle to arrange time off the chance to come along.

Oh, and ... this is a thread detailing when and where BcUK Meets are being held in the Midlands. It isn't a thread where you stick your name down to come along - if you ask whether you can come along to 'Such-and-Such' Meet on the 'Eleventyfourth of Neverary'*, we will extract the proverbial, forget to remind you ... and then extract the proverbial once more


* Please Note - there is no Meet being held in the Midlands at either this location or this date

Possibly - but it's probably easier to add extra Meets at different sites with a list

There's an events calendar on the forum - but it's yet to be updated for 2010

Tanks calendars were an initial idea that he was suggesting - to view the actual dates you'll need to scroll to post #1.

nice work phil, that makes life much easier. i'll PM you the next spitewinter dates (october) but unfortunately that's it for this year unless i can convince them to let us use the site over the winter. i'll try and work out some provisional dates for next year, but they will be just that (provisional) because they're not taking bookings for next year yet.
