I got mine off ebay last month for £55
Weighs in at 2.5kg so slightly heavier than you were after. The thing that sold it for me was the 2 entrances (one at the front and one at the side). The porch is big enough to store a few bits and bobs and being a 2 man tent there's also room inside to store your gear. Porch is big enough imo to cook in should the weather turn (although like i said before this is not tested). There are a couple of reviews of this tent on Youtube too should you be interested.
