Scotland Weekend Bushcraft Courses

Hi, just wondering whether anyone has any recommendations for weekend (3 days) bushcraft or forest courses located in South or Central Scotland. With my occupation I don't get much weekend time off, so any course needs to be fairly near and either early or late in the year. My family want to buy a course for me for a 'big birthday' next year and looking online their are a fair few schools and courses held in Scotland, but as to which are worth their salt and which are a waste of time it is hard to tell?

Any ideas?
