Some people do have insulation in but is so old its as good as useless, and with grants available its silly not to at least look in to it.

that could be my house as we have no double glazing and no central heating only use storage electric heaters in the bed rooms and wrapup warm live in this house for 7 years now maybe its time to move hmm.

I got ten rolls of 200mm loft insulation today for just £30, B&Q do it, so does Timber Center.

That is the 1200mm wide stuff.

Probably cheaper than some of the grant stuff.

Will go well in my new shed/workshop.

Are they those new very leafy 'loft tomatoes' I hear are popular nowadays? Typicaly sold dried (though not in the Mediterranian style)?
