Truffle Hot Sauce

After the love for capers I’m starting to think this is a strange bunch so this might fit perfectly! This sauce is simply superb! This needs to have a place in your larder!

It’s great, take the lid off and the kids clear the kitchen, I get peace to have breakfast and coffee :-D

I like truffle. Only problem is that if you use it everything tastes of truffle and nothing else

I saw a coriander chutney in the supermarket the other day. No idea why I didn't pick it up to try.
