Can't say I've seen the new series - half an episode of an earlier one produced the diagnosis of "prat". I ahve seen nothing since to change my opinion.

Life is too short to watch drivel on TV.
 
all looks a bit naff to be honist.

i don't see the attraction to the parang either, its just a bit of stamped steel with a tacky handle?
