G'day everyone.
I recently put a "Bushcraft knife" through some final testing.
Unfortunately prior commitments saw me unable to finish the final test in the bush.
The final test was to carve out a large scrapper (with a Billy notch) that would be used around the camp kitchen.
So even though I didn't get to head bush last week, I recently spent a couple of hours on the back verandah (over two days), using the Liten Bror & GB mini to carve the Scrapper out of a seasoned hardwood limb I had on hand.
Since these types of implements are great to have around the campfire, I thought I'd share a series of videos I took to capture the process.
First up, Notching, Fuzz sticks and Shaving.

The next video is included to help give an indication of the limb that was used. The saw is the Bahco Lapplander and was used to square off the limb prior to carving.

Now for the carving
