Looks unused as it was loose in a box of knives I’m dealing with. No soap residues, no blistering to the chromium plating etc. The classic double edge razor, I have one myself and never felt the need to buy anything else bar a Harry’s for convenience.

No box, £25 inc any fees and postage.

I have one of these.
Bought it about 15 years ago. Never bought anything else again, except razor blades of course, so I don't need another I'm afraid.
It's a great bit of kit though.

Indeed. One of the only bits of kit I never had to go down the rabbit hole with. Blades on the other hand, tried many, many. Settled on Derby and Gillette Silverblues as my fave shave. Arko stick or Cella cream for suds.

I might be interested Rich. I just looked on ebay for blades and they dont seem to have any though. What can you tell me. Hope you well. DD xxx

Google sampler selection and you’ll find loads. Favourite blades are Gillette 7o’clock, Derby, Feather, Gillette Silverblue.

I have a spare stick of Arko soap I can throw in but I got rid of hundreds of blades. Cheap and decent brushes, look at Yaqi.

Btw.
Did you know that shaving soap doesn’t do anything?
I read the research over thirty years ago and for all my travels across the world I only carried razor and blades. If you must soap then use the same stuff that you wash your hands with but, really, it’s not necessary.

Try it - it will cost you nothing :lmao:

I no longer mutilate my face on a daily basis but if ever I did, this is the razor that I would be using together with Wilkinson blades. The steel thread forces the blade to exactly the right curve.

It’s a great piece of kit.

Rubbish, a layer of thick lather allows the razor to slide over your face. I've tried without, and with soap, it's harsh.

As this is a sales thread could you keep discussion out of it please?

Fraid not mate. All my recent sales have been on the behalf of the recently widowed wife of a dear old camping friend and frequenter of BritishBlades and here, his wife didn't know where to start and asked me if I could help.
