This is the 'Lean in 15' Joe Wicks version.

It's absolutely our go-to at home when we want an easy Sunday afternoon cook which makes enough for dinner and about 8 portions for the freezer. Don't be put off by the 'Lean' part, his recipes (at least every one I've tried) are generally very tasty and not wanting for protein or fat.

Bit late to the conversation, but this is by far the best Chilli recipe I have found and I've tried quite a few over the years. I came across it a few years ago when I was on a Keto diet, but don't let that put you off. I made a few tweaks to the recipe since, and the way it's cooked is a little unconventional compared to most Chilli recipes but once cooked it is really tasty. I even made it at the Summer Bushmoot in a dutch oven last year and it came out great.

Here is the link -

My tweaks are:
2 onions instead of 1
5 gloves of garlic instead of 3
I substitute the paprika for chipotle instead
reduce the cumin to 1 teaspoon rather than a tablespoon.
Oh and add a couple of tins of kidney beans so it's not Keto after i've done.

Hope you give it a try :)
