It was suggested I do a small introduction, so here I am
I'm new to the forum, but not to bushcraft (thank you HMG).. that said, and lot of you will have forgotten more than I know (or remember!).
As per the title, I'm in Northern Ireland, originally from Belfast, but now in the sticks.
Looking forward to learning from you all (expect equipment questions and/or real test reviews).
My idea has been to do short wildcamping kind of things, a week max, 2 nights more than likely*, so light, bivvy/tarp kind of deals.. but we will see.
The good news is that I haven't much in the way of gear, so a clean slate to get dirty. Feel free to recommend suppliers both here in the UK, and abroad.
