Cyano Acrylate dissolvent

In the latest protest/rebellion/whatever, as usual the people glue themselves to various objects.
In the online newspapers, I have seen that the Police seem to use a gel like material to 'un glue' them.
I know that Acetone is a good solvent, but it does remove too much, like other paints and even the actual material.

The agent the police are using seems to be gentle ( the disruptors are smiling and some showing off the gel/gloop) but very efficient.

Does anybody know what the Police are using? It would be really useful to know!

Dunno bit if you glue yourself to a train you got to be prepared to loose a bit of skin when you get pulled off said train.

Must be debonder been around for years , normally used to get cyno out of clothes in my case

I have missed that one. Please, which brand and name?

Ii would be useful in my knife making. Sometimes I surface stabilize with superglue, fill in voids in the wood, and the result is less than satisfactory, so I want to be able to remove it without touching the wood ( thus making the handle smaller)
