That was my first thought, horseradish, but then I thought it looked too smooth!

You are lucky to have caught such a beauty. Has eluded me so far.
Sea trout, those I have caught.
In fact, this coming summer, I am going to concentrate on Halibut, Seatrout and Crab when I go back to Norway.

Is it a catch n’ release, or catch n’ eat fishery?

The sea trout we take using Rapala lures. I have never learn to fly fish.
Son can, but I would not like him do that in the boat.

Should a Salmon get hooked, I will name him Trout.

Two or three people can flyfish from a boat. They just need to have some casting skills.
Must learn to cast with the off-hand. Roll casting is a must. Double hauling just takes practice.
90% if the fish are in 10% of the water. Different species occupy different niches. Learn those.

Found it!!
