The fish usually costs me £20.00 ish, so a couple of quid each will easily cover it. It's not a biggie I enjoy cooking it. I will do some potatoes and bread if I can. I may need to borrow a big Dutch oven for the potatoes / bread

Mmmm sourdough Do you make it yourself, Elen? I've never managed to get a starter to live beyond 2 mixes, I think my vinegar mother devours all other organisms that dare to enter its domain

I have done - keeping it to temperature and well fed is the trick. This won't be mine but will be either Alex Gouch's bread (from Hay-on-Wye, (he's a champion baker, uses local flour and his own starter) or Patrice the Frenchman who lives and bakes in Ledbury and does pain au levin with French flour. Both breads are absolutley gorgeous and come in nice big loaves, the scent when I first buy them, about an hour out of the oven is to die for! Happy to bring some along to go with the fishy-dishy. If somebody else would bring some really gorgeous butter ...

Three really big loaves between 30 people sound about right?

Maybe that you can drive up unload and then park at the farm(5min walk)
