Not sure what comp you've entered Dave and this is for butter knives with butter spreading demo involved not lump of butter holding!

I was amazed at how well a wooden knife actually spreads refrigerated butter, compared to a steel butter knife.

Its a lovely thing to use isn't it, and kinder on the eye, picture a table set for breakfast, hot toast in the rack fresh from the toaster, a pot of sweet damson jam, and your lovingly created spreader nestled in the spine of the milkman, ahhh happy days
