Wear what you like. If others have a problem with it, its their problem not yours. :)

Yep, up here cammo is just what a lot of folk wear day in, day out for years,be they ex military or not.
it's just the walkabout gear of the common man.

I have been known to wear camo on top of a smart suit, and why not, if it keeps the weather out, it's no more pretentious than a trench coat is it?

DO jungle shirts count alongside swedish peaked caps............tongue firmly in cheek his head pof ops was in the same clothes/ uniformish.
I think stalker is referring to my internet dating account (plenty of fish). Yes, that is me - I'm under 'Dorchester'. My findings, thus far, are that it attracts the same level of lunatics as this place, although it has opened up a number of avenues for adventure. Quite why some bloke from Glasgow is looking for a man in Dorset (I'm not wired up that way, sorry sailor)? I don't know. If you're that far far in the closet, you must be in Narnia. I can, however, hook you up with a very good friend of mine who's a sucker for a man in a kilt. Inbox me. :)

Or maybe i had made a typing error due to fat fingers. It should have read head of ops aka http://www.raymears.com/Woodlore/Staff_Profiles.cfm even shows a jungle shirt being worn. Funnily enough though dpm jackets did replace the old flasher mac when wearing the kilt.

Jams?? Exqueeze me?

My ex step son was a metalhead and he called his cut off combats 'jams', as in jamming pants which he wore when annoying the hell out of me and my ex with his ideas of starting a band.

Not that I am against heavy metal, I'm not as I am a fan of MDB, Opeth and Haggard, but I am against music, any music being murdered by pillocks over and over again in a two bedroomed second floor flat.

Rambo wannabe? No; I think they's suspect you're a professional wrestler.

I actually am wearing DPM as I type this... DPM windproof trousers...
Actually they have so much white paint and putty on them they could pass as Arctic cammo. I am a big fan of army surplus for REALY dirty work as it is so cheap (actually free in the case of these trousers) thaty I do not care if I totally trash them!
Mind you - I would not be seen dead wearing DPM in the woods :)
