No promotion for me. I am already at the highest level of incompotance I can reach.
I am not the boss, but we are an isolated site with very little or no interference on nights. On a night shfit I am the site person in charge, on days I have my shift Manager and the Depot Manager above me. Both of them are computer illiterate.
This window will be open most of the night anyway. On days I will be more discreet.
