Just finished a wool blanket liner to go under my snow smock :),

I used the infamous Italian Army wool blankets , 100% wool.



Made a template from an old fleece and started cutting .



I do like the stripe on the wool,



This is the end product ,

The machine was a bit odd to work with a first as I havent used one since school ( Many moons ago ) but I soon got a grip of it ,

I will have a week off then start on the next one more work involved but it will be worth it ;)

The one I had just smelt musty untill the rain got on them the you could smell the moth balls but after a few days on the line then a couple of washes thay were fine .

Stripes should be vertical for the proper slimming effect:)
