Stanley No 78 Rebate Plane

It was owned by a friend of mine, bought when he retired and had plans to do much woodwork. Life and family got in the way and in the end it has been used little if at all. It was stored under a work bench and one sided in particular has a lot of corrosion spots, although they should clean up pretty easily. The blade (original) has had its back flattened. I wanted something like this for a long while, but some 10 years back I bought the Veritas version of this plane, so really don't need it myself
